Gender Equality Plan

Artemis Outdoor values diversity and is dedicated to promoting gender equality across all aspects of its operations. As part of its Gender Equality Plan, the company ensures fair recruitment processes and equal pay for equal work, while creating a supportive environment that empowers employees of all genders to thrive. Artemis Outdoor also prioritizes gender-balanced representation in decision-making roles and collaborates with external organizations to provide leadership and training opportunities for women in the outdoor and eco-tourism sectors. The company actively reviews and updates its practices to align with best standards for inclusivity and equity.

We have a gender equality plan. There is an official document signed by senior management, but we cannot add it to the website due to the personal signature. If requested, we can send it to certain institutions via e-mail.

There is a commitment of resources and gender expertise for its implementation. Annual reporting is made based on gender/gender disaggregated data and indicators. Awareness raising and trainings are provided or events are attended for staff and decision-makers on gender equality and unconscious gender bias. Our company carries out the necessary work on issues such as work-life balance and organizational culture, gender balance in leadership and decision-making, gender equality in recruitment and career advancement, integrating gender dimensions into research and/or teaching content, and measures against gender-based violence, including sexual harassment.
