Awareness raising and trainings are provided or events are attended for staff and decision-makers on gender equality and unconscious gender bias. Our company carries out the necessary work on issues such as work-life balance and organizational culture, gender balance in leadership and decision-making, gender equality in recruitment and career advancement, integrating gender dimensions into research and/or teaching content, and measures against gender-based violence, including sexual harassment.
